BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-I B I <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN <br />INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT REGARDING LODGING TAX FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the incorporated municipalities within the county entered into a <br />lnterlocal Agreement regarding the distribution of lodging tax funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the County, along with those involved municipalities, desires to amend said <br />agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the County finds it in the public interest to amend said agreement. <br />Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved: <br />The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached amendment to the interlocal <br />agreement regarding lodging tax funds. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITT S TY, WASHINGTON <br />La~a• , <br />i2f!e {M2 /i <br />Obi O'Brien, Vice-Chair <br />if'-2 <br />origh,Commissioner
