EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following : <br />Contractor can start work October 1, 2018 and all work must be completed by <br />December 21, 2018. <br />Contactor is to crush designated concrete pile located at the Kittitas County Ryegrass <br />Landfill to a non-spec 1 ½" minus product removing as much metal as possible material <br />approved by Kittitas County for use to cover cells and build roads. <br />For an additional fee Contractor will prep all oversize material larger than 2'X2' to and <br />acceptable size so it can be crushed to the non-spec 1 ½" minus product. <br />EXCLUSIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS ; <br />Hazardous & asbestos material handling,survey,sarnpling,removal & disposal are excluded <br />Measurement & payment will be by belt scale or other agreed upon method <br />Any required material sampling will be performed by others <br />Continuous operational flow is anticipated on the project <br />Erosion control is excluded <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 13 of 17
