Mr. Mark Cook <br />Kittitas County <br />July 30, 2018 <br />Page 3 <br />The airport must remain open for the expected life of Twenty (20) years, otherwise 100% <br />of the grant funding must be returned within Thirty (30) days of closure, sale or <br />discontinuance of service. <br />The Sponsor's acceptance of this Offer and ratification and adoption of the Application <br />incorporated herein shall be evidenced by execution of this instrument by the Sponsor, as <br />hereafter provided, and this Offer and Acceptance shall comprise an agreement with <br />respect to the accomplishment of the Project and compliance with the assurances and <br />conditions as provided herein.
