Licensor grants to Licensee and Licensee accepts from Licensor for the <br />duration of the terns of this Agreement a aa.on-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable and <br />non -transferable license under Licensor's copyrights (the ":License") .in the United States :for <br />the term of this Agreement: to download, install and use the machine -code version of the <br />software together with any related technical specification documentation provided by <br />:Licensor (the ".Documentation") (together, the "Software") on a single computer.
