KCC Title 16 Housekeeping Amendments: Staff CDS -Planning <br /> • 16.12.250—Typo to correct long plat expiration language to state <br /> "...request with the administrator at least 30 days prior to <br /> expiration date..." <br /> • 16.12.010—change number of paper copies from"eight(8)"to <br /> "two(2)" <br /> • 16.20.030(1)—add a time period on certificate of title. KCC Title 17 Housekeeping Amendments: Staff CDS -Planning <br /> • 17.08.xxx—add a definition for nurseries <br /> • 17.08.155A Campground,Primitive—update definition to allow <br /> for DNR type campgrounds as primitive, ie: allow sanican/vault <br /> toilets, campfire rings,picnic tables, graveled/natural identified <br /> campsites. No power/water/septic/pavement(except for road <br /> aprons or similar allowed <br /> • 17.15 (campgrounds)—update footnotes for primitive <br /> campground/campsites make consistent with updated definition <br /> above <br /> • 17.15.060 and .080—consider nurseries as a Permitted use in the <br /> R-3, R-5 and CUP in the Limited Commercial, General <br /> Commercial, and Highway Commercial <br /> • 17.15.060 refuse and recycle(Forest and Range category)— <br /> Allow for existing county owned and operated facilities to be <br /> expanded with a CUP.
