Occupant agree s <br />to follow all rules and regulations now in effect, or that may be put into effect from time to time._ <br />PROPERTY LEFT IN THE STORAGE SPACE: If any of Occupant's property is left in the <br />stomge unit or on the storage facility afte1· the tenancy has been terminated, Owner may pursue <br />any remedies under Washington law to have Occupant's items removed. <br />OC ~UPANT ACCESS: Occupant's access to the storage facility may be conditioned in apy <br />mannex dee.tne d reasonab ly necessary by Owner to m_aintaiu -ol'der. Suell 1neasures may include- <br />bnt ate not limited to, limiting-hottrl:i of operation, req ui.ring verification of Occupant's identity <br />and inspecting vehicles that enter the storage facility. <br />NO SUBLETTING: Occupant shall not assign or sublease the storage space without the written <br />permission of the Owner. Notices shall be deemed given when deposited in the United States mail. Occupant agrees <br />that any such notice is conclusively presume d to have been received by Oceupant five (5) days <br />after mailing, unless returned to Owner by the U.S . Postal Service.
