(Ord. 2013-001 , 2013; Ord . 83Z-2 (part), 1983) <br />17.16.020 Allowed uses. <br />Uses allowed in the Residential zone include those uses pursuant to KCC Chapter 17.15 . Minimum lot sizes in the R zone are as follows : <br />a. Single family dwelling, seven thousand two hundred (7,200) square feet; <br />b. Two (2) family dwelling, ten thousand (10,000) square feet. <br />2. The minimum lot depth shall be one hundred (100) feet. <br />3.
