Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Office (509) 962-7000 Fax (509) 962-7682 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />205 W. 5th Ave. <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Re: Suncadia Outdoor Music Festivals <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />After having reviewed the three outdoor music festival permit applications for Battle of the Bands, I have the <br />following comments/requirements: <br />• Access to the concert site through one point for control of admission is permitted, however there must <br />be a site plan showing all access points for emergency services vehicles and egress points is required. <br />This is not shown on the drawing. <br />There must be at least two other egress points, which may be used solely for emergency access. <br />• A fire and life safety site inspection shall be conducted on the premises prior to the admittance of the <br />general public. <br />The Community Development Services, Permits Office has already collected fees for this permit. <br />The intent of the International Fire Code is to provide a reasonable level of life safety and property protection <br />from the hazards of fire, explosion or dangerous conditions. The requirements listed above offer a reasonable <br />level of fire and life safety protection for this event. The Fire Marshal's office reserves the right to add to these <br />conditions, should situations arise that warrant changes.
