REGISTERED <br />SPORTING CLAYS <br />SHOOT CERTIFICATE <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the NSCA affiliated club listed below has received official <br />approval to hold a registered SPORTING CLAY tournament on the dates shown. <br />This certificate is issued with the understanding: <br />1. The shoot will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the NSCA <br />2. Results will be reported to Headquarters within fifteen (15) days of the event, or a <br />$25 delinquent fee will be assessed. <br />3.
