EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work as described herein, the <br />County shall pay Contractor compensation in an amount not to exceed $1,023.12. The <br />Contractor agrees to: <br />• Submit an invoice to the Kittitas County Public Health Department, Attn: Tina <br />Rowan, 507 N. Nanum St., Suite #102, Ellensburg, WA 98926 or to <br />tina.rowan.ph@co.kittitas.wa.us within thirty (30) days of the event. <br />• Provide detail of expenses being billed for, and supporting documentation for <br />those expenses.
