8. Subrecipients will provide reports and/or assist with completion of reports required by the HSGP <br />federal award, including, but not limited to, the State Preparedness Report (SPR), Threat and Hazard <br />Identification and Risk Assessment (THIRA), core capabilities assessment, and data calls. <br />C.
