Prepared for: Prepared By: Date prepared: Overview ATTACHMENT A AMENDED SCOPE OF WORK Comprehensive Plan Update Kittitas County, WA Lindsey Ozbolt Gary Cooper, Senior Planner March 28, 2018 This proposed scope of work amendment has been developed based on our best estimate of the work remaining to finalize the Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan. This estimate reflects the costs associated with completing the remaining Elements of the Comprehensive Plan, coordination with other consultants currently working on the Transportation Element, preparation and attendance at Working Group meetings, as well as meetings of the Planning Commission and County Commissioners. Also included are tasks related to the processing and approval of the Comprehensive Plan, including completion of the SEPA checklist and notice to Department of Commerce. We have adopted the same phases used in the original contract and Scope of Work for this project for this proposed amendment. Because the majority of the update has been completed you will note that even though there is a Phase 4, since this phase is completed there is a budget of $0. The update effort will consist of the following phases: • Phase 1-Project Management • Phase 2 -Public Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement • Phase 3 -Mapping and Graphics • Phase 4 -Review of Existing Plans and Data • Phase 5 -Update of Comprehensive Plan Elements • Phase 6 -Complete Draft for County Approval PHASE 1-PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Task 1.1: Project oversight, communication with County and staff and other consultants, invoice review.
