BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-Or I <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE SEPTEMBER 6, 2016 <br />YOUTH SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM CONTRACT WITH HOPESOURCE <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and HopeSource, a 50l(c)(3) private non-profit organization, <br />entered into a contract for a youth sports scholarship program on September 6, <br />2016;and <br />WHEREAS: the County and HopeSource desire to amend the terms and budget of that <br />contract. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the <br />attached contract amendment with the HopeSource, all other terms and conditions <br />of the September 6, 2016 agreement remain in full force and effect. <br />DATED this I 5-r dayof f\-1t vvD , 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />~Chair <br />ABSTAINED <br />./~
