The grant cycle is <br />through June 30, 2018. Funds are state pass-through funds, through <br />jhe Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission. Grants will be , <br />:available on a first come, first serve basis. By early June, if <br />WASPC has not distributed all of the funds, WASPC will review <br />previously submitted grant applications of its choosing and award <br />additional funds where the expense to agencies exceeded the <br />previously awarded amount. WASPC may, at its sole discretion, <br />terminate the Grant or withhold payments claimed by the Grantee if <br />the Grantee fails to satisfactorily comply with any term or <br />condition of this Grant. WASPC reserves the right to require, at a <br />time of its choosing, backup documentation to support the claim by <br />the grantee. Failure to produce documentation upon request may <br />result in non-payment or recapture of funds.
