After the
placement of a project on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) by the Board of County Commissioners
(BOCC) as a result of a recommendation by the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC), the TRT will
review and evaluation each project for placement in the four-step process. The decision of the TRT will
be included in this form and then forwarded to the LTAC for review and decision . If the LTAC does not
agree with the TRT, a joint meeting will be held to further discuss the project and its placement in the
four-step process in order to reach agreement. Once the TRT and the LTAC agree, a recommendation
will be forward to the BOCC for final decision.
Applicants will be notified of the BOCC's decision.
