Child Abuse Prevention Month is recognized throughout the country annually during the month <br />of April. <br />For your convenience, I am attaching a proclamation that may be used. It would be appreciated if this <br />matter could be on the agenda for your first meeting in April, which I believe will be April 2. <br />Court Advocates for Children is the not for profit agency providing Kittitas County Superior Court with <br />trained volunteers to represent the best interests of abused and neglected children in dependency <br />proceedings. We would be happy to send a representative from our agency to speak briefly to the <br />proclamation at the meeting if that would be desired. <br />Very truly yours, <br />~ 'V\.
