This Annual Operating Plan is made and <br />agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the estimated period beginning January 1, <br />2018 and ending December 31, 2018. <br />Previous Year Carry-over: $2,695.00 <br />Current 2018 Year Obligation: $47,960.00 <br />CY 2018 Total Annual Operating Plan: $50,655.00 <br />(*Previous year carry-over funds reflect available fimds as of December 1, 2017. If there are any <br />outstanding or unpaid invoices, this amount and total amount may not be accurate. It is the responsibility <br />of the Cooperator to know the correct amount of previous year carry-over and total fimds available. <br />Carry-over fimds may be used to pay for calendar year 2018 expenditures.) <br />I.
