Upper County Transfer Station. The Company shall load tires into top <br />load containers at Upper County Transfer Station and transfer to Lower <br />County Transfer Station. The Company shall be paid by the County for <br />such service at the rate set forth in Section V(C), Yard Waste Fee . <br />2. Full Force and Effect.
