My understanding is that this contract will auto- renew (see attached original contract, section 11 on page 8/10). However, the County has a Resolution that states the 2017 contract with the company formerly known as Consolidated Food Management, Inc. terminated on 12/31/17. Also, all of the approved price rates are from 2017, so we will have to stick to those unless we get 2018 rates from you. I just checked the payments made to Summit for the first three weeks in January 2018, and you did adhere to the 2017 price rates. May I please get communication from your company stating that 2017 prices from the already b i lled date range are from 2017 rates, and get new 2018 rates for dates going forward? (This will also need a 2018 Resolution process on our end.) 1
