6) That DSHS and Elmview will be provided with the <br />vouchers to be utilized, as well as a <br />reporting/accounting tool that will allow them to <br />track the total number of vouchers to be provided <br />for tickets, the name of the individuals receiving <br />such vouchers, the date the voucher was provided, <br />and the name of the person issuing the voucher, and <br />the number of vouchers actually issued; <br />7) The Program shall issue vouchers during the period <br />of Augus t 1 and Augus t 31 on an annual bas is, and <br />the number of vouchers to be provided for the <br />program shall be determined on an annual basis by <br />the amount of funding available to cover the <br />vouchers as set by the Friends of the Kittitas <br />County Fair Foundation; <br />8) The Friends of the Kittitas County Fair Foundation <br />shall, by July 1 of every year, determine what <br />funding is available for the program, and shall <br />notify the Board of County Commissioners and the <br />Kittitas County Auditor of the amount to be pledged <br />for the program for that year; <br />9) At the conclusion of the Kittitas County Fair, and <br />subsequent to an accounting of the books, the total <br />number of vouchers redeemed for tickets shall be <br />determined as part of the final Kittitas County Fair <br />accounting, and the total dollar amount due and <br />owing from the Friends of the Kittitas County Fair <br />Foundation shall be provided to them, and they shall <br />in turn, pay said amount to Kittitas County within <br />60 days of such billing; <br />10) It is agreed that if the Friends of the Kittitas <br />County Fair Foundation do not have funds sufficient <br />to provide funding for the program in any given <br />year, that Kittitas County shall not be bound to <br />fund the program or to honor the low income ticket <br />price; <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING <br />KITITAS County Fair <br />Family Assistance Program <br />3
