Work <br />equivant is pleased to partner with the Kittitas County District Attorney's office for the implementation of <br />the JWorks Attorney Case Management System (CMS). <br />This Statement of Work identifies the tasks required to complete the JWorks implementation based on <br />equivant's current understanding of your requirements and equivant's previous experience implementing <br />similar solutions. <br />equivant recommends that each Customer appoint both a project manager and an executive decision maker to <br />help guide the project. In addition, we recommend that you identify one or more project team members from each <br />business area affected by this project. These persons should be both technically qualified and <br />knowledgeable of their groups' business processes and will serve as subject matter experts for the project. <br />We have included descriptions of the required tasks and activities along with a sample timeline for the <br />project. At the beginning of the project, we will work with you to construct a custom project schedule <br />reflecting the task sequencing and timeline that best meets your specific needs. <br />The major tasks in this project are : <br />• Project Management <br />• Software Installation <br />• System Set Up and Testing <br />• Data Migration <br />•. Document Template Migration Assistance <br />• Training (System Administrator and Train the Trainer) <br />• Go-Live Support <br />The following sections provide more detail about these major tasks and their associated deliverables . <br />The following tasks are not included in this Statement of Work.
