A variance report is reviewed by the board and <br />staff members each month to assess where we stand on our budget. <br />13. Audits and accountability <br />Answer: We have an annual audit conducted by Viii brandt, Stark and Moorer, PLLC. <br />Bruce Moorer is our CPA. Measure of Success: <br />Answer: We measure our success by several factors; <br />• Number of homes repaired <br />• Number of homeowner families/individuals served <br />• Number of volunteers engaged <br />• Number of outreach events completed to help educate the public about <br />affordable housing issues. <br />15. Reporting for 2018 (prior to 2019, 2020 monies being released) <br />Answer: We are happy to complete any report required for this grant by Kittitas <br />County and/or HAHC. As I recall, a quarterly report was required for this grant in the <br />past.
