The application must provide written approval of any other federal, state or local agency if the application involves an <br />event, activity or instrumentality regulated by such agency. If any of the above county officers, agencies or elected <br />officials of Kittitas County do not approve of the portions of the applicant's plans submitted to them; they shall set <br />forth in writing the details supporting their disapproval. <br />5.20.085 -Rig ht to limi t furt her admissions. <br />If at anv "me during said event the size of the crowd exceeds by 20 percent (20%) the number of persons <br />represented by the applicant to be expe0ted in attendance, the Kittitas County Sheriff shall have the discre ti on \0 <br />require the applicant to limit further admissions. <br />(1) The app licant shall agree thai if the perm it is granted. the following indemni ty agreement app li es to the event: the <br />applicant sha ll assume th e risk of all damage, loss, cost. and expense to defend, hold harmless and Indem nify th e <br />county and its el ecte d and apPOinted officials, officers, and emp loyees from and against any and all liability which <br />may accrue to or be sustained by Kittitas Co un ty , except fo r th e sole neg li gence and will ful misconduct of Kittitas <br />Co unty a~d its emp loyees. <br />(2) A certificate of insurance . and accompanying endorse ment. shall be filed wlth the county prior to the Issuance of <br />the permit which names Kittitas County, its officers and empl oyees, as an additional insured party with respect to <br />acti vities in connection wit h this permit for no less than $1,000 ,000 pe r oc curr ence .
