reflect actual time worked on the program in order to comply with the Uniform Grant Guidance §200.430 <br />section I Standards for Documentation of Personnel Expenses. Supporting documentation for these <br />charges includes copies of receipts, invoices, purchase orders, and/or mileage logs. Kittitas County will <br />make payments within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. Kittitas County is not liable for services <br />provided unless the invoice is received on time or prior arrangement are agreed to in a writing signed by <br />the Kittitas County.
