Should the County no longer allow <br />waiver of coverage, employees will be required to enroll in a medical plan through the County. <br />Purchase of dependent healthcare coverage is optional. <br />17.2 Should the County choose to implement different healthcare options, the Union Representative <br />and Union President will be invited to participate in the Benefits Committee discussions; however, <br />employees covered by the CBA shall be receive the same plan(s) selected for the non-represented <br />employees of Kittitas County. <br />This MOU will amend Article 17 only as indicated above; the remainder of the CBA will remain <br />unaltered. <br />By acceptance and signature below, both parties agree that these solutions were reached through <br />mutual understanding. <br />DATED this 19th day of December, 2017. <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner <br />21Page
