VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF LEASE <br />This Voluntary Termination of Lease is made and dated this 27th day of October, 1998, <br />by and between KITI1TAS COUNT(. a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Lessor. and MIDSTATE AVIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on February 2, 1993, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That the main hangar building collapsed in the winter storm event of 1996/97 that was <br />a pa rl Cif the leas.s . A n~w facility has been built and the configuration of the original lease has <br />baen chang'ed and the leas e does not provide for the new facility. <br />That Lessee has applied to the county for a new lease.
