It has exposed <br />fasteners at the joints, walls and roof edge. As with most roofs of this type, there are inherent issues at <br />roof curbs, penetrations and exposed fasteners. Our recommendation for the long tenn is to retrofit <br />the existing roof with a TPO roof system. Following is our proposed scope of work. <br />SCOPE OF WORK : Mechanically Attached TPO Roof System (10,575 sq. Feet total) <br />• Install profile cut EPS insulation over the existing metal panels. The insulation "buries" the <br />existing metal roof and standing seams. The insulation panels will be mechanically attached to <br />the metal roof using insulation plates and fasteners. <br />• Install a mechanically attached GOmii TPO roof system. The TPO membrane is mechanically <br />attached and heat-welded at the seams. <br />• Install new membrane at perimeter walls, roof curbs and at all roofing penetrations. <br />• Install new edge metal at roof edge. <br />• Upon completion, Rrestone will issue a IS-year material warranty. <br />BUDGETARY QUOTE: $40,173.00 <br />Budgetary quote based on information obtained during initial visit (5/16/17) to asses necessary repairs. <br />If you Wish to proceed we will need to make another site visit and give you a final proposal <br />Quoted pricing does not include sales tax or pennit fees.
