System . eSlgn <br />Design Elements <br />The Consultants worked with the wayfinding project steering committee to edit, refine, and fmalize artwork for the wayfindi'og system. <br />Important considerations included the. following designeiements. Many Cifthe design elements are drawn from the recomnlended brand <br />id,entity for Ellensburg, which has been embraced by the City ofEUensburg. <br />Fonts <br />The wayfinding system for EUensburg features three approved font, which are described and illustrated below. <br />The first approved font is Highway Gothic, which shouJd be utilized for vehicular signage, which is intended for viewing by people in <br />motorized vehicles along public roadways. The cap height for sign copy must be six. inches for signs, in speed zones thirty mil.es-per- <br />hour and above.
