Task Sc: Rev iew a nd select implementation measures <br />Review the river access plan implementation particulars and open house results <br />with the BOCC, the Kittitas County Public Lands Advisory Committee, county staff, <br />the Upper Yakima River Access Plan Advisory Committee, and others deemed <br />appropriate. <br />Workshop participants will select capital facility projects, revenue sources , all <br />implementation particulars and performance measures. <br />Task 6a: Edit/publish the Upper Ya kima River Access Plan documents <br />Edit and publish the following: <br />• Powerpoint presentations -of the executive summary of the river <br />access plan proposals on the county website; <br />• Narrative document -with the goal and strategy statements, river <br />inventory and assessments , existing and potential river access sites , <br />tour and survey results, access plan acquisition and improvements, <br />financial implementation and performance measures . <br />Task 6b: Adopt the Uppe r Yakima River Access Plan , CFP , and performance measures <br />Assist in presenting and discussing the contents of the Yakima River Access Plan <br />and CFP with the BOCC to complete GMA and RCO required hearings for review <br />and adoption proceedings. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 19
