4.1. Prepare complete roadway calculations in accordance with the WSDOT and/or AASHTO <br />requirements for any barrier length of need. <br />4.2. Provide 100% Design Plans, Special Provisions, and Engineer's Estimate of Probable <br />Construction Cost for advertisement of the bridge replacement and upstream bank <br />stabilization. <br />4.3. Provide 100% Summary of Quantities, and list of bid items for set of signed and <br />reproducible contract documents. <br />4.4. Provide compiled100% set of Special Provisions for all disciplines <br />4.5. Perform Quality Control per the Project Specific Quality Plan on the deliverables prior <br />to submission to the COUNTY. <br />5. DELIVERABLES <br />5.1.
