6.Please explain what plans exist to allow this project to become self-sustaining.Include <br />any plans for ticket sales,event sponsors,and other cost-recoverymodels. <br />As this event grows,we plan to become more self-sustaining by revisiting sponsorship <br />agreements,introducing new revenue sources and expanding our days/hours of operation. <br />Most importantly,we see a tremendous potential for overall attendance growth,thus growing <br />overall sales. <br />7.Additional information:Provide any additional information which will assist the Lodging <br />Tax Advisory Committee in evaluating your project and its benefit to tourism.Please <br />limit any additional written information to one page and any other additional <br />attachments to 3 pages.Regardless of how much additional information is included, <br />only the first 3 pages will be provided to reviewers. <br />Please see attached <br />8.Project Budget:Please attach a copy of the complete budget for this project/proposal. <br />If your agency operates independently of this project application it may notbe <br />necessary to submit the entire agency budget.You must submit a budget which specifically <br />pertains to the pro|ect/event for whlch you are requesting funding and adheres to the basic <br />budget format shown below. <br />The budget must include anticipated revenues,expenditures,and any potential profitor <br />loss.For projects/events which are ongoing for more than one (1)year,please also submit <br />actuals from the previous three (3)years of operations for the project/proposal if <br />applicable.Also,please supply any narratives necessary to understand the budget being <br />submitted and list separately any in-kind or volunteer contributions.Ifappiving <br />for funding for both "New Pro|ect/Event"and "Ongoing Pro ect/Event Support"you must <br />clearly identify the different requests.This may be most easily accomplished by submitting <br />separate budgets for each request category. <br />For anv claimed in-kind contributionsvalued at $500 or more and related to <br />marketing/advertising,you must submit verifying documentation which assures the <br />contribution will be provided.For instance,if you are claiming in-kind contributionsin the <br />form of advertising match,a binding contract itemizing the matching value and obligating <br />each party must be provided. <br />Please assure your budget,and actuals from previous years (if applicable),are in the <br />following basic format: <br />County-wide Lodging Tax Application P a ge |10
