If Ecology has adopted rules <br />on this subject, or any part of it, local regulations should be <br />consistent with those rules. <br />Requirement of The local building department must satisfy itself that the <br />Adequate Water potable water source is reliable, of sufficient quality and <br />Supply before a quantity.
