Modifications within the scope of this agreemenl must be made by <br />mutual consent of the parties, by the issuance ofa wrinen modification signed and dated <br />by all properly authorized, signatory officials, prior to any changes being perfonned. <br />Requests for modification should be made, in writing. at least 30 days prior to <br />implementation of the requested change.
