Pettit: <br />Please be advised that Government Capital Corporation ("GCC") has assigned all its right, title and interest in the <br />Agreement, and in the equipment leased thereunder, and the right to receive payments thereunder to Central Trust <br />Bank. As of the date above, funds have been made available for disbursement or may have been disbursed. Please <br />contact your GCC representative with any questions you may have. <br />Notification <br />Sign all three (3) letters. Return two (2) in the envelope provided and keep one (1) for your records. The <br />purpose of this letter is to inform you that your lease agreement has been placed with Central Trust Bank . <br />Exe cuted Lease Agreement <br />This is your copy for your records. <br />Insurance <br />Update your insurance coverage to include Central Trust Bank as Loss Payee. Send, or instruct the <br />insurance company to forward a Certificate of Insurance showing Central Trust Bank as Loss Payee, to my <br />attention at our Corporate Office. <br />Payments <br />Payments 2 through 5, due under the Agreement should be made to Central Trust Bank, 111 E. Miller <br />St., Jefferson City, MO, 65101.
