SECOND ANNUAL RENEWAL OF <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Second Annual Renewal of Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is made by and between Kittitas County <br />("County") and Government Payment Service, Inc. ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by and <br />between the County and Contractor, effective February 3, 2015 ("Agreement"). <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, through April 1, 2018 . <br />2. Electronic Signature Permitted.
