EXHIBIT "8" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the scope of work as described in <br />Exhibit "A", the County shall pay Contractor as follows: <br />1) Fifty-nine and 86/100 Dollars ($59.86 USD) for each single-view Tuberculosis <br />image performed by Contractor. <br />2) Seventy-one and 14/100 Dollars ($71.14 USD) for each double-view <br />Tuberculosis image performed by Contractor. <br />Contractor shall bill Kittitas County on a "monthly basis for Tuberculosis imaging performed <br />for individuals referred by Kittitas County who do not maintain applicable health insurance <br />coverage. <br />Payment by Kittitas County shall be due and owing in full within thirty (30) calendar days of <br />the receipt of the bill by Kittitas County. <br />The compensation described herein may be renegotiated on upon mutual agreement of <br />the parties in writing, consistent with Section 12. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14
