EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Architect shall provide documents for the following : <br />A. Demolition of Clockum Room and Wash Rack. <br />Survey and historic evaluation of Clockum Room building for National Register of <br />Historic Places in accordance with DAHP requirements. <br />8. Construct pre-engineered metal structure (lean-to) on east side of Pavilion. <br />• Metal siding and roof with 6' high concrete masonry wall on east side; north and <br />south ends to be open <br />• Concrete floor with trench drain <br />• Provide large opening in east wall for access to adjacent barns <br />• Provide general lighting <br />No HVAC or plumbing required <br />C. Improvements to Bloom Pavilion. <br />Add radiant heating to keep space above 50° <br />• Provide better ventilation for cooling in summer months <br />• Cut large opening in east wall for access to barns to the east <br />• Replace roofing <br />• Reseal panel joints <br />• Provide new exit door at west wall <br />• Add fire hydrant (at Poplar and 5th Street) as requested by Fire Department <br />D. Two new wash rack pads <br />• Provide concrete slab with trench drain <br />• Provide half-high concrete masonry wall along one side <br />• Provide ten hose-bibs equally spaced <br />• Locate one wash rack on the east side of the Bloom Pavilion Lean-to and the other <br />on the east side of the Draft Horse Barn <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13
