Grand openings and special event signs not exceeding thirty-two (32) square feet which would include banners, <br />streamers and temporary signs, provided they do not exceed a period of more than thirty-five (35) days, and <br />provided they do not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular travel; <br />45.1.4..
