to DOE today.
I would encourage all regional partners to start educating their
councillboard members about 1&1.
This is a hot topic for the DOE. 1 fully expect to see language in the new
NPDES permit that starts Dec 2016 that demands that we all take steps to
decrease our I&I.
With our current population(5,203) we are allowed 624,000 gallons per
day(120gpcd). Anything over this is considered 1&1. .
In 2014 we were over this amount for 2/3 of the year. In 2014 the daily
avg was 800,000 gallons, the max was 3,094,000 gallons, the min was 388,000
gallons.
Moving forward as the next report will be due in 2020.
Please keep an accurate count of population and service connections. For
the putpose of this report the more the better.
Please keep an accurate log of any activities that you complete to decrease
the 1&1 problem in your community.
Please continue to keep accurate flow information and send it to me monthly.
If you have any questions please contact me to discuss.
Thanks
·Tom Hastings·
·Operations and Maintenance Manager ··Municipal & Commercial Business •
"'VEOLIA NORTH AMERICA ...
tel
• +1 509 674 4368* 1 cell
... +1 509 304 8568*
500 Owens Rd 1 Cle mum, WA 98922
*tom.hastings@veolia.com
<tom.hastings@veolia.com >www.veolianorthamerica.com
<bt tp:lIwww.veolianorthameri ca.coml>·
<http://www.veolianQrthamerica.com/>
<httns:i It\\l~ 'lter. comlveolin na>
<httpsj/www.linkedin .co~companyJve lianorthamerica>
<http://www .youtube.comluserNcoliaNorthAmerica>
2
