2017 DISTRESSED COUNTY SALES AND USE TAX INFRASTRUCTURE <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND THE CITY OF KITTITAS <br />" This CDntract , dated ( [~, V· t I 2016 is made and entered into. by and <br />between KITTITAS COUNTY "CDunty"), a subdivisiDn Df the State Df WashingtDn, and <br />THE CITY OF KITTITAS ("Funding Recipient"). <br />WHEREAS , the purpDse Df this Agreement is to. provide fDr public facility <br />cDnstructiDn and fDster eCDnDmic develDpment DppDrtunities within Kittitas CDunty; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in cDnsideratiDn Df the terms and cDnditiDns cDntained herein, <br />Dr attached and incDrpDrated and made a part hereDf, the CDunty and the Funding <br />Recipient mutually agree as fDIIDWS: <br />Section 1. Scope of Work. <br />a. Funding Recipient shall provide the services and staff described in its Application <br />for Funds submitted to' the CDuncil Df GDvernments, attached hereto. as Exhibit "A" <br />which is attached hereto. and incDrpDrated herein by this reference . <br />b. Except as Dtherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Funding Recipient shall <br />furnish the fDllDwing as required to. perfDrm the services, described in Paragraph (a) <br />abDve, in accDrdance with this Agreement: PersDnnel, labDr and supervisiDn; <br />technical , professiDnal and Dther serv ices . All such services, prDperty and Dther <br />items furnished Dr required to. be furnished , tDgether with all Dther DbligatiDns <br />perfDrmed, Dr required to' be perfDrmed , by Funding Recipient under this Agreement <br />are cDllectively referred to. herein as "Services." <br />Section 2. Payment. <br />a. As full cDmpensatiDn fDr satisfactDry perfDrmance Df the Funding Recipient Services, <br />the CDunty agrees to. pay Funding Recipient the sum Df two. hundred fDrty nine <br />thousand Dne hundred twenty dDllars ($249,120). <br />b. AdditiDnal payment terms : The CDunty will make payment to. the Funding Recipient <br />Dnly Dn a reimbursement basis, as receipts fDr any items including marketing and/Dr <br />advertising are submitted to. the CDunty . <br />c.
