PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR <br />SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "F") <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment "A", the County shall <br />pay to the Contractor compensation of $3,500. This amount will include all of Contractor's food, travel costs, <br />and any software downloads needed to complete the work. <br />Contractor has the right to increase the amount of compensation based upon the Contractor's onsite <br />assessment of the status of the County's data and tools. However, in any event, compensation under this <br />Contract shall not exceed $5,000. <br />The Contractor shall promptly report any problems, delays or adverse conditions which will materially affect <br />the Contractor's ability to meet project objectives or time schedules together with a statement of action taken <br />or proposed to resolve the situation. Such reports shall also include recommendations for changes to the <br />Scope of Work, if any. Payments may be withheld if reports are not submitted. <br />Page 4 of 19
