One is with DOE for facilitation of the WSAC Columbia River <br />Counties group. The other is with WSAC to provide the facilitator. In effect, this is simply pass- <br />through funding to WSAC as I am the Chairman of this committee . The DOE contract expires <br />6/30/17 but the WSAC contract expires 6/30/16. We have not expended all the funds and we <br />need the contract for WSAC to be expended to the 6/30/17 date .
