EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK and BUDGET The purpose of this contract is for the support of County CommissionersJWatershed Planners for Project Development and Implementation for Columbia River Water Management Program (CRWMP) from July 1, 2015 until June 30,2016. The Contractor will provide assistance, commencing July 1, 2015, and will consult with the County and other members of the CRWMP as outlined below: Task Estimated Time No. Description Frequency Estimate Provide staff support for quarterly meetings of Columbia Basin County Commissioners (the Commissioner's Policy Advisory Group) so they can participate in project development and implementation; this includes agenda coordination, preparing materials, attending the meeting, and coordinating meeting logistics. Deliverable: Agendas; briefing materials for each 24 hrs x 8 meeting; and documentation of quarters :: 1 recommendations and decisions from meetings. 4x/year 192 hrs Work with County Commissioners to prepare policy recommendations that address the interests of counties affected by the CRWMP, and facilitate project development and 16 implementation of water supply projects. hrs/mo x Deliverables: Any briefing materials prepared for 24 discussions, and documentation of any months :: 2 recommendations or decisions. Ongoing 384 hrs Assist project and policy development by continuing to develop a strong working knowledge of Columbia Basin water supply and environmental issues including water storage, water conservation, water banking, water 8 hrs/mo acquisition, federal Endangered Species Act-x24 related issues, hydropower operations, and any months :: 3 other subjects deemed appropriate .
