DEFINITIONS is amended to: <br />I. add the following definitions: <br />Health care Incident means an act, error or omission by the Named Insured's employees or <br />volunteer workers in the rendering of: <br />a. professional health care services on behalf of the Named Insured or <br />b. Good Samaritan services rendered in an emergency and for which no payment is demanded or <br />receiVed. <br />Professional health care services means any health care services or the related furnishing of food, <br />beverages. medical supplies or appliances by the following providers in their capacity as such but <br />solely to the exlent they are duly licensed as required: <br />a, Physician; <br />b. Nurse; <br />c. Nurse practitioner; <br />d. Emergency medical technician; <br />e. Paramedic; <br />t. Dentist; <br />g. Physical therapist; <br />h. Psychologist; <br />I. Speech therapist; <br />J. Other allied health professional; or <br />Professional health care services does not include any services rendered in connection with <br />human clinical trials or product testing. <br />iI. delete the definition of occurrence and replace it with the following: <br />Ocourrence means a health oare Incident.
