KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />ORIGINAL <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this 5i"1'tiay of ,~~ <br />20~6, by and between Kittitas County, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, and PAUL MAC MICHAEL, and hereinafter referred to as <br />the LESSEE. <br />WIT N E SSE T H: <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on August 6, 1996, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, according to Paragraph 3 "Adjustment of Rental", it states II After the fifth year, <br />the Lessor shall have the right to increase rental rates as outlined above.
