FIRST Al'lNUAL RENEWAL OF <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This First Annual Renewal of Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is made by and between Kittitas County <br />("County") and Government Payment Service, Inc. ("ContractoIJl) to renew that Professional Services Agreement by <br />and between the County and Contractor, effective February 3,2015 ("Agreement"). <br />FOR GOOD Al~D VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, through April 1, 2017 . <br />2. Electronic Signature Permitted. This Renewal may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which <br />when so executed and delivered shall be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one <br />instrument.
