Collectively this <br />work comprises Phase I of two phases of implementation. <br />As part of Phase I. Paladin will identify and document all <br />remaining connectors, configuration, training, and other <br />tasks necessary to provide the complete implementation of <br />SMARTGov and to inform the scope for Phase II .
