"Impact Fee" does not include a reasonable permit or <br />application fee. <br />Development Regulations: Development regulations means any controls placed on <br />development or land use activities by a county or city, including, but not <br />limited to, zoning ordinances, official controls, planned unit development <br />ordinances, subdivision ordinances, and binding site plans ordinances. <br />Development Standards: Development standards means any required minimal functional <br />standard which describes or defines how development is to occur. <br />Development standards are intended to serve as an established level of <br />expectation by which development is required to perform. <br />Essential Public Facilities: Essential public facilities include those facilities that are typically <br />difficult to site, such as airports, state education facilities, and state or <br />regional transportation facilities, state and local correctional facilities, solid <br />Redline version <br />Recommended by COG 6/22/16 Page 31 of 44
