DEBARMENT, !.NELIGIB ILITY OR VOLUNTA RY <br />EXCLUS[ON: <br />$ <br />S <br />1_ The RECIPIENT/CONTRACTOR, by signing this agreement, certities that it is not su s pended, debarred, <br />proposed lor debarment. declared ineligible or otherwise excluded frolll contracting with the federal <br />government, or from receiving contracts paid for with federal t1l1lds_ If the RECIPIENT/CONTRACTOR is <br />unable to certitY to the statements contained in the certification, they mllst provide an explanation as to why they <br />CaIUlOt. <br />2 . The REClP[ENT/CONTRACTOR shall provide immediate written notice to ECOLOGY ifat any time tlte <br />RECIPlENT/CONTRACTOR learns that its certit1cation was erroneolls when submitted or had become <br />erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. <br />3, The terms covered transaction, debarred, suspended , ineligible, lower tier covered transaction, participant, <br />person, primary covered transaction, principal, proposal, and voluntarily exclllded, as used in this clause, have <br />the meaning set out in the Detinitions and Coverage sections of rules implementing Executive Order 12549. <br />You may contact ECOLOGY for assistance in obtaining a copy of those regulations . <br />4.
