The RECIPIENT will purchase only approved, eligible re s ponse equipment, tools, and supplies in accordance with <br />ECOLOG Y's requirement outlined in the Administrative Requirements for Recipients of Ecology Grants and Loans <br />Managed In EAGL guidebook. <br />B.
